Do licensed contractors receive discounted pricing?
Yes. Licensed contractors may qualify for discounted contractor rates. To receive contractor pricing, please contact dispatch directly. Rates are available to verified, licensed contractors only.

What is pay-by-the-yard concrete delivery?
Pay-by-the-yard concrete delivery means you are charged only for the amount of concrete that is actually poured, rounded to the next half yard. Our volumetric trucks mix concrete on site, so you can stop the pour when you reach the exact amount your project requires.
This helps eliminate waste and avoids paying for unused material.
How is this different from traditional ready-mix delivery?
Traditional ready-mix trucks arrive with a pre-mixed load that must be poured within a set timeframe. If too much is ordered, the excess is often wasted.
With our system, raw materials are mixed fresh at your job site. You have more control, less pressure, and greater accuracy.
What is the minimum or maximum amount you deliver?
We typically deliver from about 1 yard up to around 10 yards per truck. Because you only pay for what is poured, you are not locked into a fixed amount. Concrete is rounded up the next half yard.
If your project requires more than one truck, we can discuss scheduling accordingly.
How far do you deliver?
VBI is based in Longwood and delivers within 50 miles of our yard. We deliver throughout all of Orlando, along with surrounding Central Florida communities such as Sanford, Winter Garden, Kissimmee, Davenport, Maitland, Deltona, Leesburg, Daytona, and Poinciana.

Do you offer big rock?
No, we only offer pea rock mix (Pea Gravel / #89 Stone). This mix is commonly used for residential slabs.

Do you offer light weight concrete?
No, we do not offer light weight concrete.
